We are a charity registered with the Charities Commission (registration number 1072339) raising money for the Infants and Junior Schools in the village of Silverstone. We are not a large company with employees. We have no employees, only volunteers. ALL profits are donated to the schools so please give generously.

All items are sold on a first-come first-served basis. It is remotely possible that 2 different customers could purchase the last of an item within a very short time of each other. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your order or any part of it and refund your purchase. We will inform you immediately if we need to do this.

The Parking will be open from 7.00am on Friday (only at The Firs) and 5.30am on Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us so that we can give you specific instructions on where to go and park. Unfortunately, we do not have public toilets so please try to make alternative arrangements. We do not have camping or overnight facilities. However, our Accomodation link may have something to suit your requirements.

Refunds are only available prior to 1 week before the event and are subject to a 10% admin charge.

All vehicles are parked at owners risk. No responsibility can be accepted by the Silverstone Schools Federation, the Friends of Silverstone Schools or the operators of the car parks for any damage or loss, howsoever caused.

Don’t forget we will be making lovely bacon rolls on the barbeque from about 6.30am on the Saturday and Sunday at the entrance to the Junior School.
